If you didn’t love Robert Downey Jr before, this might just do the trick. Nine-year-old Domenic Pace is battling cystic fibrosis and Make-A-Wish Australia granted him his biggest wish: To be Iron Boy for a day. And then Robert Downey Jr made Domenic’s day even better:

Cystic Fibrosis is a genetic disorder that affects the lungs and digestive system, and children who have it experience frequent lung infections. Every US state screens newborns for cystic fibrosis, but the current tests are not completely accurate. However, Stanford University scientists have recently developed a new DNA test that potentially eliminates false negative results that lead to missed cases.
